Over the years, we have gathered considerable experience in transport logistics of fresh and frozen produce, in particular with regards to fruit and vegetables, fish, dairy products and bakery products.
When organizing transport of controlled-temperature produce, it is of paramount importance that the produce inside the container is properly stowed and in particular the outside temperature during loading and unloading operations, the temperature of produce before loading and the container setting must be kept into account.
Importantly, the goods must be pre-cooled before the beginning of transport in order to reach optimum conditions before container loading, hereby reducing the impact of outside temperature.
