Condizioni di Contratto
La Trimar è uno spedizioniere internazionale semplice, intermediario tra preponente e vettore/i. Nel caso di accettazione e prenotazione da parte del preponente, la Trimar agisce come suo mandatario nei confronti dei vettori e la sua attività è regolata dal contratto di spedizione ex art. 1737 CC e segg. La Trimar non esegue il trasporto, né con mezzi e strutture propri né con altrui. La Trimar non è un vettore e organizza esclusivamente il trasporto in nome e per conto del mandante.
Trimar is a simple international freight forwarder, acting between principal and carrier/s. If the principal accepts and books the transport, Trimar acts as his agent towards the carriers and Trimar’s activity is regulated by the Forwarding Contract as referred to in art. 1737 and following articles of the Italian Civil Code. Trimar is not a carrier and organizes the transport in the name and on behalf of the principal. Trimar organizes but does not perform the transport.
